Updata, one of the NexComm's
foreign System Integration Partner in U.K.
and Denmark, has been very successful supplying
NexComm's Broadband Copper Access (BCA) solutions
to its local government institutions including
the Councils and the Local Authorities. Updata
has recently been awarded a GBP 9.2 million
contract to supply SDSL network to 347 schools
in Essex.

including Bedfordshire, North Somerset, Pembrokeshire, Dorset and Devon.
Since June 2000 Updata has delivered broadband networks to over 35 Councils,
connecting some 4,000 end user sites, ranging from home workers through to large
Council offices with hundreds of employees.
