Maximum Access Flexibility
With SHDSL interface, NR104G can support
broadband Internet services with data rates from 200Kbps
to 2.3Mbps on a single pair and up to 9.2Mbps by using four
ports of SHDSL Lines. NR104G's multi-rate and adjustable
SHDSL technique provides the flexibility to set-up and allocate
the range of bandwidth for an existing LAN environment.
Various Routing Functions
To meet the requirements from the service
provider or company network manager, NEXPEED series routers
enable various routing functions such as IP, RIP1 &
RIP2 and etc.
NAT can function as a security device with its address translation
function. NAT also helps ISPs control the assignment of
scarce addresses.
Easy Installation and Management
CLI (Command Line Interface) in the
NR104G router simplifies installation thus reduces operating
cost. NR104G also includes various diagnostic LED’s
for at-a-glance troubleshooting. The LEDs monitor activities
of each port and help pinpoint network problems.
For management and control, NR104G includes embedded Telnet
Server and Client System. S/W can be upgraded in the field
using Trivial File Transfer Protocol.
NR104G is also equipped with a DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration
Protocol) server and relay agent, which enable dynamic assignment
of IP addresses to multiple PCs.
This feature also simplifies IP address setup, as the router
supplies IP addresses to clients as required, and minimizes
the local set-up time for the network administrator.
