Q: I am a customer of a local ISP and would like some assistance correcting a problem.
A: Due to agreements in place with our customers, we are unable to work directly with end users on troubleshooting issues. Please contact your provider directly. If they are unable to solve your problem, they will escalate the issue to our person in charge.

Q: Who pays for return product for repair?
A: NexComm's current policy is for the customer to pay the shipping charges to the factory and for NexComm to pay the return freight.
